Please read the Following Rental Agreement. You will be asked to agree to the terms of our Rental Policy before you can order a Kilt.
Thank you for choosing RentAKilt for your rental needs. In order to process your order, you must complete and return this form to RentAKilt via email, mail, or fax as soon as possible. Rental prices described herein are intended for the day the event, they are not a daily charge. A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 per kilt outfit is required to secure your reservation. Upon shipment of the order the deposit will be deducted from the balance of the rentals. The final payment is required before the shipping of the rentals. If paying with credit card the amount will be charged the same day as the shipping, if paying with check please send payment at least two weeks before the desired date. RentAKilt will ship all rentals as early as possible prior to event, and shipments will be made via UPS ground. If a quicker delivery is desired options are available at an extra cost to the customer. We ask that the rented merchandise be boxed and given to aUPS agent with the return label affixed. All rental merchandise is to be returned on the first business day following the event, unless prior agreement has been made with RentAKilt.com. To compensate for lost business, any rental merchandise not received by the fourth business day following the event, shall be subject to a late fee of $50/Day to be charged to your account. For any rental merchandise not returned within 10 days, there will be charge of $1200(per package) to your account. For any individual items rented the retail price will be charged to your account. Any rental merchandise returned torn, permanently stained or soiled, shall be subject to either a repair charge, or a purchase at full retail price, less rental price, to your account, at our discretion. After you have read and signed the rental contract, a copy will be attached to the shipping invoice for your records and as a reminder of how to return the rental. RentAKilt.com policy is to endeavor to deliver your package a few days prior to the event, to assure that everything is correct. Please note RentAKilt is not responsible for improper fittings. If such an event is to occur, we will hope to rectify the situation using mutual exchange. The customer is then responsible to pay for any additional shipping costs.
